What You'll Do

• Implement specific data schemas based on client requirements and legacy infrastructure
• Take ownership of integrations for both data ingestion and data activation
• Create optimal workflows centered around building and defining customer profiles for specific use cases
• Build, maintain and manage tactical relationships with client data, media and engineering teams
• Provide detailed training with supporting manuals and documents to help client teams better understand key technical and business areas
• Be a consultant for the sales and client services teams on any Customer Data Platform related technical queries
• Troubleshoot and solve recurring technical issues through finding solutions with the platform & product teams
• Provide technical direction to account management and data marketplace teams on new areas of data enrichment or bespoke activations.

 

Who You Are

• Eligible to work in or relocate to Thailand
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analysis, database technologies, big data platforms in technology companies or IT consulting firms
• Required knowledge of SQL programming language
• Understand the dynamics of a large scale implementation of enterprise-wide data projects
• Strong consultative sales skills, relationship building, external and internal customer satisfaction management
• Excellent to have: Knowledge on Presto, Hive, Python, and Digdag programming languages
• Excellent written/verbal English and Thai communication skills
• Strong proactiveness and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
