New business structure and launch of AI-driven SaaS offerings to provide greater scalability for 21-month-old company
AdAsia Holdings, a technology company developing solutions in artificial intelligence (AI) and marketing, has announced today the establishment of AnyMind Group, the parent company for AdAsia Holdings.
AnyMind Group will house the following companies:
“TalentMind is our first venture outside of marketing and advertising technology, and the establishment of AnyMind Group signals our intention to scale and innovate across industries,” said Kosuke Sogo, co-founder and CEO of AnyMind Group. “The name AnyMind was derived from our focus on intelligent solutions and our scalability into any industry. The new logo represents our global ambitions and is similar across all our businesses. Ultimately, we want to power businesses and professionals with a suite of AI-based solutions, enabling them to easily achieve greater scale and efficiency within and across departments.”
Since starting operations in April 2016 as AdAsia Holdings, the 21-month-old company has expanded into 10 offices in nine countries. It generated US$12.9 million in revenue in 2016 and saw 30% quarter-on-quarter revenue growth in 2017 whilst operating at a profit. The company has also grown to 250 staff, with a target headcount of 400 by 2019.
“The company has grown at a good rate, but we’re now looking to accelerate this growth by launching into the human resource industry and more, whilst continuing to drive innovation within the marketing and advertising space,” said Otohiko Kozutsumi, COO and co-founder of AnyMind Group.
Apart from existing offices in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Japan, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, AnyMind Group also plans to expand into Malaysia and the Phillippines in Q1 2018, along with India, Russia and the United Arab Emirates within 2018.
