  • Individually prospect, pitch and close sales
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify the customer’s key needs and pain points
  • Work with the prospect in a consultative fashion to develop a digital marketing strategy

  • Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with premium publisher and Sell-Side Platform (SSP) partners
  • Understanding the organization’s business needs and developing relationships at all levels
  • Monitor and analyze metrics and proactively take steps to improve results
  • Understand AdAsia Digital Platform and the benefits publishers gain by using the technology, digital ecosystem and publisher or SSP needs/requirements in order to be able to intelligently up-sell the platform
  • Work closely with the Strategic Partner Team and DSP Sales Team in order to become a valuable resource and solution to monetize for the publisher or SSP advertising space
  • Communicate business intelligence from publisher or SSP to the Team Lead and CTO in regards to new development features
  • Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 years of client-facing experience in the digital media /online publisher space
  • A solid understanding of web technologies and the digital media ecosystem, including web/mobile advertising measurements and analytics
  • Passion to hunt (Inside-call), educate and close a sale deal
  • High attention to detail, organized with strong communication skills
  • Outstanding the customer relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with key publisher and monitoring/identifying trends in data and generated reports

  • Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Regional Head of Finance, AdAsia Holdings
  • Responsible for overall finance management of AdAsia office’s entity’s financial matters including budgeting, tax, SOX, audit and compliance
  • Ensure that global and regional reporting calendar is followed for all reporting requirement
  • Collect, prepare, consolidate and analyze yearly budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly actuals, for your unit
  • First point of contact for global reporting team for day-to-day queries
  • Ensure proper credit checks and credit insurance for new direct clients
  • Support implementation of new or enhanced workflows to your market
  • Collection and preparation of monthly billing, revenue and net sales analysis – by market, product, agency, client
  • Work closely with global and local reporting teams to ensure that all reporting requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner
  • Review payroll and have knowledge about social security tax, income tax and other applicable tax rules to check the payroll calculation prepared by Accounting firm
  • Requirements:

  • Eligibility for working in country
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Preferably a professional certification in finance, accounting and auditing
  • Understanding of local and regional financial regulations as well as global trends
  • Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems and ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in English
  • Highly energetic and self-motivated

  • Responsibilities:

  • Setup travel arrangements (flight and hotel bookings) of employees.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system for Admin files and legal documents relating to office operations.
  • Maintain and record Attendance sheet for the office
  • Liaise with corporate services department for office operations. (e.g. trade licenses, office leasing, telephone registration, etc.).
  • Book and keep records of company’s subscriptions and office service contract (newspapers, facilities management and other office operation related subscription and contract).
  • Experience in preparing general accounting transactions on a day to day basis such as invoice, purchase orders, official receipts and payment vouchers
  • Able to support accounting firm on their request
  • Knowledge of updating cashbook and reconcile cashbook with bank statement
  • Review payroll and have knowledge about social security tax, income tax and other applicable tax rules to check the payroll calculation prepared by Accounting firm.
  • Maintain and organize the necessary records/files to support transactions related to area of assignment.
  • In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

  • More than 2 years experience as Admin
  • Reporting, communication and self-management skills
  • Highly energetic and self-motivated
  • Results driven-focus on operations & scale
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
  • Maintaining relationship with all teams in the office.
  • Working time: 9AM - 6PM ; Monday - Friday
  • Requirements:

  • Eligibility for working in applied country
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Accounting Knowledge is a plus
  • Good command of English
