What You'll Do

You will be responsible for the operation of our platform in multiple countries, as well as providing domestic and international logistics support to clients.

• Conduct research on warehouses in each market
• Input and manage product, inventory and shipping data on Order Management System and Warehouse management system
• Correct shipping address and consumer’s information if any and communicate with Customer Success team
• Report inventory information to clients 
• Coordinate with shipping vendors to ensure the delivery of products
• Connect and set up configuration for partner E-commerce cart systems
• Work with the supply team to schedule receiving, shipping date, and storage terms

Who You Are

The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and the drive and ownership to work in a start-up environment.

• Bachelor Degree
• Good command in English (both verbal and written)
• Good command of Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets (basic formula)
• Able to multi-task
• Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative and integrity
• Experience with fulfillment service or logistics platform is a plus
