Quality Assurance Associate
Search for software flaws, weaknesses, and bugs
Create and maintain the user guide for everyone to understand the platform easily
Perform regression and manual testing to verify software modifications satisfy intended business requirements
Produce clear, concise use cases, and test summary reports
Perform root-cause analysis at a technical level to help squash bugs
Liaise with the VP of IT, and product owners to ensure delivery of a high-quality product compatible with release timeline targets
Communicate with clients via email and chat tools such as slack, chartwork, workplace etc.
Experience with business analysis and developing requirements documentation, including user stories, use cases, functional requirements, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
Good communication skills in English
Understanding of SCRUM project management methodologies
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work and communicate with people of varying levels of technical knowledge
