As a strategic representative of the company to dialogue and advise customers in a professional and reliable way on marketing and communication strategies.
Customer brief analysis and strategic advice initially to clarify the objectives and problems of customers, from there together with internal departments (Creative, Business Development, Account..) to develop strategies for specific activities to meet customer requirements.
Lead the Strategic planning team to develop integrated communications to meet your business, marketing, and brand goals.
Work closely with Creative & Content to set clear directions and inspire these teams to create good ideas.
Responsible for the effectiveness of the final plan presented to customers.
Thoroughly combining logical reasoning and story-telling skills to perform/present a proposal is compelling and engaging.
The ability to present a clear, coherent, engaging plan during the meeting.
Able to work independently in the strategy-making process, and the ability to work effectively in teams when developing strategies into communication ideas and plans.
Minimum 5 years in Media Planning, Creative Planning, IMC experience
Management Skills – Leadership skill
Skilled storyteller with experience communicating the benefit of marketing opportunities to brands
Strong understanding of the technology and trends that are changing the advertising business
Accurate, scrupulous working pattern and pro-active working attitude
Good English reading and writing ability
Good communication skill with client and workmate
