What You'll Do
- Initiate and partner with Regional HR & Country Manager to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs and laws
- Manage sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism, confidential and the appropriate sense of urgency
- Analyze and use data insights to make recommendations for improving organizational performances, company-wide HR programs, policies, and participate in compensation & benefits, workforce planning, organizational and talent reviews & performance, and change management
- Proactively identifies gaps and process, propose and implement solutions for Organization
- Work with department heads on designing of target/KPIs that are relevant to the business needs
Who You Are
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Candidate should have 5 years in Human Resources along with 2 years in Manager role, experience in leading and implementing cross-functional HR projects in a complex environment
- Preferably with recruitment and people development background
- Proficient and well versed with Indonesia Employment Laws and Regulations
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills
- Candidate must fluent in English
