This position is responsible for working with AdAsia’ publisher partners in a day-to-day fashion. The primary focus of this role is to develop and oversee the implementation of AdAsia’ s programmatic selling strategy with the ultimate goal of significantly growing revenue in this space. The selected candidate will also work closely with the management to provide executive level reporting on key metrics of the business. The selected candidate should be an organized, detail-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. A positive attitude and professional demeanour is essential, along with the flexibility to work in a rapidly evolving and results-focused environment.  Also, the selected candidate should be knowledgeable in the online media and advertising technology space and communicate with clients via multiple communication methods including in-person.

The candidate should have an understanding of the online advertising industry, a passion for technology and the drive and ownership to work in a start-up environment.  The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative and integrity. The candidate should also have high energy, must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to react to changing priorities and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a deadline-oriented environment is also critical.
